FSB London Wellbeing Solutions Special Interest Group: Science of Happiness & Productivity

This is one in a series of thought provoking presentations for business owners organised by local FSB members who are part of a SIG, (Special Interest Group) focused on the mental, physical and financial wellbeing for everyone to help boost economic output.

August's speaker is Shaileen Shah and his topic will be The What, Why and How on The Science of Happiness.

Science has shown that positive emotions make us more productive. In this workshop Shaileen Shah, a Happiness Coach, Speaker and Trainer who has trained in the Science of Happiness will share some of the science and practices that can help us be happier and more productive.

Shaileen Shah is a Happiness Coach, Speaker and Trainer who helps rewire hearts and minds for better happiness, wellbeing, positivity and productivity. Though his company Happy Life Habits he positively impacts happiness and wellbeing levels.
