Free support from Happy Life Habits of individuals and organisations during May and Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW)
In addition to the support and services during MHAW for companies, corporates and organisations (I have personal experience of work related stress in a corporate environment); we are supporting you, the individual with these free services and resources. (4) Daily 5-10 min Video on Mental Health (MH) during MHAW sharing my experience of what it MH, stress, thinking, worry, loneliness and depression - with a quote and action.
(5) Happiness Booster drop in sessions - online
