Having dealt with various mental health impacts such as work related stress during the financial crisis (2008-2010), redundancy, death of a friend and the covid-19 pandemic I know the benefits of happiness practices to help bounce back, build resilience and deal with life’s challenges. Like coronavirus covid-19, poor mental health can wreak havoc in all areas of our life.
To truly support and serve Mental Health Awareness Week 18-24 May 2020 I am increasing the number of Free Happiness Booster sessions for that week to cover Monday - Friday 9:30 am -10:10 am. Each day we will share some information, facts, questions and practice. It gives you a shot of feel good positivity to boost the happy chemicals in our system, benefiting us with a sense of connection, resilience, focus, mindset, mental health and resourcefulness.
